In Harmony With Horses

Horses have been by our side for centuries and have a profound effect on our human experience. 

Whether you are a seasoned horse person or have never been in the presence of horses you will be deeply moved by this experience. 

We enjoy a grounding heart opening,  breath & gentle yoga practice surrounded by the herd. Once we feel peaceful and grounded we make our way to the pasture to experience a guided equine assisted empowerment practice. 

You become part of the herd as you are guided into the medicine of horses.  You get to spend time with horses in thier own environment. 

Pamela Fitzgerald is a certified yoga teacher, horse trainer and Equine Assisted Learning facilitator with a deep love and respect for horses,nature and the mind body and soul connection. Pamela's mission is to help people connect to thier authentic selves through embodiment practices, the medicine of horses and mindful awareness.
