About the event

In collaboration with Soul Sessions energy healing we are pleased to dedicate an evening to rest and relaxation.  You will experience Yoga Nidra (also knows as yogic sleep) and the benefits of mindful rest while you recieve the  healing and energy balancing effects of Reiki. 

This event is an outdoor event commencing at sunset next to a comforting campfire.   At Serenity Rising Farms there is always a strong possiblity that the herd of 13 horses is around for our events. 

This is for anyone looking to explore mindfullness and the benefits of restful sleep, parasympathetic nervous system activity and the energy balancing sensation of Reiki. 

We can't wait to see you for this very special event.
