Women's Horse Empowerment Experience

Enjoy an uplifting morning alongside the Serenity Rising herd of horses.  We will be doing some light movement and stretching for the body, creative mindfulness activities and a guided meditation. This is a chance to recharge, relax and give yourself the time you deserve. 

This event provides you with all you need to feel energized, recharged and uplifted:

- Nature

- Time with horses

- Walk followed by light movement, stretches and guided meditation

- Sound therapy with Vicki Harley

- Creative mindfulness activities

- A gift to take home to reflect on this special day

We will learn about horse behaviour and start to see how truly empowering these animals really can be if we are open.

You  will be guided through all interaction with the horses in their natural herd environment. There is no prior experience with horses required.

We take time to observe how they behave outside of having a rider or a handler. It is amazing to connect to horses in such a unique way. Their presence truly helps us relax and feel more grounded. You will have the chance to get up close and personal with the horses but there is no riding. 

We will offer the body gentle movement and light stretching with guided meditation for relaxation. We will then be guided through a beautiful sound journey with Vicki Hartley. 

It  is so important that we spark our creativity and take opportunities to  let the mind expand. You will be provided with all the materials you need to get your creativity flowing. ​

Light snacks, coffee, tea and beverages provided.
