Women's Wellness Experience

At this event you will enjoy a lovely trail walk and a guided meditation and mindfulness exercise alongside the Serenity Rising herd of horses.

We get the chance to be with the horses in a more natural environment. We take time to observe how they behave outside of having a rider or a handler.  Their presence truly helps us relax and feel more grounded.

We gather in a circle around the fire (weather permitting)  to empower and uplift one another. 

There is no horse experience necessary, as there is no riding or handling. Simply allow yourself to be in the herd's presence, maybe a pat or a scratch if you feel so inclined. The energy of our group and the herd makes for a truly special morning. ⁣
