Yoga and Pilates on the Farm
Mondays at 7:30 from Aug 8 - Sept 26 This unique outdoor program will have you feeling connected to your body and nature. Each week will feature either a Yoga class in the paddock with visiting animals or a Pilates class in the forest among the pines.

About the event
An 8-Week Outdoor Movement series at the beautiful Serenity Rising Farm. Experience Yoga on the Farm and Pilates in The Pines.
We are happy to offer this program again after a sold out session in July. We can't wait to have you out here for this program.
Register for 4 or 8 weeks and all classes are transferable! If you are unable to attend one week please invite a friend in your place or split the program with someone! We know how busy life gets and some may have a preference toward Yoga or Pilates so feel free to share!

Yoga On The Farm
Instructor: Pamela Fitzgerald, 200HR RYT
Ground yourself in nature, surround yourself with animals and be guided through an all levels yoga class. Enjoy your yoga flow while in the presence of mini horses, ponies, goats and sheep on the beautiful farm.
Pilates In The Pines
Instructor: Meaghan Dorion, Balanced Body + Body Harmonics Certified
Meaghan holds various certifications in Pilates education which help her to teach and support other humans in movement confidently and effectively. Her classes are fun and thoughtful with low-impact moves for those joints. Don't let that fool you, there will be a healthy amount of challenges thrown in. Let her help you deepen your connection to your own body and learn to feel something new. All ages and levels welcome, you will leave these sessions feeling looser, longer, accomplished, and inspired.
We know how important it is to be outside and it has been widley accepted that animals help us feel calm and joyful. This program gets you outside, allows for some beautiful connections with the animals and helpts improve your mobility and strength.
Bring your own yoga mat, or whatever you have to get your stretch on! No yoga or Pilates experience necessary.
This is an outdoor program on a farm and in the forest. There are bugs and animals and all the things that come with the great outdoors. Be sure you are open to a new experience or enjoy being outside enough to truly benefit. Getting out of your comfort zone is GREAT but make sure your aware !
