Service Description
Hot Stone Sundays is a deeply restorative 90-minute experience designed to help you slow down, rest, and receive. Supported by bolsters, blankets, gentle guidance, and the warmth of healing volcanic hot stones, this practice invites you into a state of deep comfort and ease. Hands-on support and Reiki may be incorporated throughout the session to enhance relaxation and connection. No yoga experience is required. Space is intentionally limited to 3 participants to create a quiet and personalized experience. Sunday | 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM Soul Set $65 per person
