About the event
Enjoy an uplifting morning alongside the Serenity Rising herd of horses. Â We will be doing some light movement and stretching for the body, creative mindfulness activities and a guided meditation. This is a chance to recharge, relax and give yourself the time you deserve.Â
This event provides you with all you need to feel energized, recharged and uplifted:
